I personally think my placement site supervisors will make great references for my resume when I want to apply for a job in the ECS field. These individual can comment on my contribution while I was at their school/daycare to complete my placement hours. I had the opportunity to work with them closely which even allowed us to build a professional relationship. My placement supervisors will be the ideal choice to make comment on my experience and relationship with children. Throughout my four years of placement, I had positive connections with all of my supervisors. This will be an asset as they will have a lot to say about me and my dedication.

Another great person to put on list of references will be my field placement instructors. I mentioned them specifically as they have a better view and understanding of my contribution when I am surrounded by children and in the role of an educator. These individuals had the opportunity to come into my placement setting and see the interactions I made with the student, Educators and Parents. They will also be a great person to ask about my values and strengths. In the field placement classes we hold seminars. And this is a time all students share their issues and opinions. Through this my field placement instructors would have got a better understanding of my beliefs and values as an educator.
