Effective communication is necessary when working with children and their parents
You need to have patience when dealing with children
Problems can arise in your workplace, you should be able to problem-solve
You will have to work along with other educators and staffs in the school (teamwork)
You should be able to listen to what the child/parent/co-workers say without interrupting (active listening)
children loves it when you can be funny around them (sense of humour)
As an educator, you are a leader. Be a role model
